CFSC SPRING REC PROGRAM
Through CFSC Fall Recreational Program, our primary purpose is to provide youth athletes in our community an opportunity to have fun, learn fundamental soccer skills, build confidence through practice and competition and develop life skills such as sportsmanship, leadership, respect and integrity - all while developing a life long love of this beautiful game. This program is open to boys and girls ages 8-18. Players will be placed on teams based on birth year.
- Our recreational program serves the communities of Enumclaw, Buckley, Black Diamond, Ravensdale, Green Water and Wilkeson.
- Volunteer coaches focus on teaching fundamental ball skills and strategy in a fun and positive atmosphere
- All players play a minimum of 50% each game
- Practice days, the number of practices a week, and practice locations are determined by the coaches and based upon the age group of the players
- Games require minimal travel (U9-U19, 1 hour max)
SPRING REC PROGRAM DETAILS
- Boys and Girls, U9 - U18
- Gender specific teams and leagues
- Teams compete in the SSUL
- Practices starting first week of April (Weeknights)
- Games start mid April (8 week season)
- Match Days: U9 – U14 play on Saturdays, U15 and above on Sunday
- Coaches are Volunteers
Players per team:
- U9/U10 - 10 players on the roster, play is 7v7 (6 field players + goalie)
- U11/U12 - 14 players on the roster, play is 9 v 9 (8 field players + goalie)
- U13+ - 18 players on the roster, play is 11 v 11 (10 field players + goalie)
